Why Partner With CTRS

  • Win bids you'd otherwise pass on. Compete for work that needs research depth you don't carry in-house.

  • Say yes to more of what your clients ask for. Add market intelligence, research and strategy to your offer without hiring for it.

  • Protect your margin. When we work under your brand, you get our wholesale rate.

  • A partner in the pursuit, not just the delivery. We help shape the bid, write the methodology, and talk shop along the way. Leads flow both ways: we refer work to our partners too.

  • Add social value to your bid. CTRS Market Intelligence is a BC Benefit Company, a Certified Living Wage Employer and a CQCC Certified Supplier. That can strengthen social procurement and supplier diversity scores.

What Our Partners Say

"Working as a graphic design subcontractor for Aaron and the team at CTRS, was an excellent experience. They were proactive, organized, and consistently kept the client's goals and project deliverables at the forefront of every decision. They were responsive to our questions and requests, providing clear, well-organized content that integrated seamlessly into our design process. Their professionalism and strong communication contributed to a final product that both our team and the client are proud of. We would gladly work with Aaron and the CTRS team again."

  • Strategic planning firms

  • Technology and software

  • Government agencies and Crown corporations

  • Non-profits

  • Post-secondary institutions

Two Ways To Work Together

CTRSpro: White-label. We work under your brand. Your client sees your team, and we can join meetings as part of it. You own the client relationship, and you get our wholesale rate.

CTRSbolt: Co-bid. We bid alongside you by name, bringing our credentials, references and team to strengthen your proposal. Both brands appear on the work, and we price to keep the combined bid competitive.

However we work together, your client relationships stay yours. Every project runs under a signed agreement that includes confidentiality and non-solicitation terms.

How To Become A Partner

  1. Submit the partner form below. Tell us a bit about your firm so we can see if there's a fit.

  2. Book an intro call with us. If there is a fit, you'll get an invite to a 30-minute conversation about your firm, your clients and where you hit capability gaps.

  3. Sign a partner agreement. It covers how we work together, pricing, confidentiality and client ownership. Need us to sign your NDA as well? No problem.

  4. Get access to the partner kit. Team bios, capability statements, project sheets and proposal boilerplate, ready to drop into your bids. Current partners, access the kit here.

  5. Work your first bid together. Most partnerships take shape here, on a live opportunity with a real deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions About Channel Partnership

Will you contact my client directly?

Only as far as you want us to. When we work under your brand, the client relationship is yours. We do ask to join the kickoff meeting as part of your team, because secondhand information is where mistakes creep in. When we co-bid by name, we'll be in direct contact with the client

Whose brand is on the work?

When we sub to you, the work carries your brand. When we co-bid, both brands appear.

Can I mark up your rates?

Yes. When we work under your brand, you get our wholesale price. You did the heavy lifting to win the client, so the margin is yours. When we co-bid by name, we price to keep the combined bid competitive.

Who actually does the work?

A blended team. Almost every project has Aaron plus at least one other team member, with seniority matched to each task so you get the best quality for the budget.

Will you join any bid we bring you?

We work bids at our own cost, so we ask a few questions first, starting with: do you have an inside track? If not, how will we stand out from the other bidders?

How fast can you turn around a proposal section?

Usually within 48 hours, and faster in an emergency. A week is ideal when a bid needs a new methodology or quotes from data vendors and other third parties.

Can we name CTRS and use your references in our proposal?

Yes, with our permission.

What's the smallest project you'll take on?

$5k. Most partner projects run $50k and up, but we're happy to take on a smaller piece of a larger bid.

Do you work in French, or outside BC?

Our team works in English, and we have close partners who support Francophone projects. We've delivered work across Canada and the US, and in South America, Europe and Africa.
